DUBLIN 41, PERRY 20: Jamarcus Knight had 198 rushing yards and one touchdown for the Irish, and Travion Bostic added 147 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Jhamard Cobb passed for 196 yards and one touchdown for Perry.
MACON COUNTY 46, WILCOX COUNTY 0: The Bulldogs have won their first two games under first-year head coach Spoon Risper by a combined score of 82-0. Kha'Madj Mitchell completed 14-of-18 passes for 299 yards and four touchdowns, and Ja'Marion Stewart had five catches for 222 yards and three touchdowns.
JOHN MILLEDGE 49, PIEDMONT 7: Asa Wall had 89 receiving yards and one touchdown and rushed for two touchdowns to lead the Trojans.
WESTSIDE 40, RUTLAND 23: First-year Seminoles head coach James Harris earned his first win leading the program. Jaiden Stephens had 123 passing yards and three passing touchdowns and rushed for 56 yards and two touchdowns. Cornerback Cody Mitchell had three interceptions, four tackles and one tackle for loss.
GMC 49, CRAWFORD COUNTY 12: Christopher Alexander led GMC with 163 rushing yards and two touchdowns, and Evan Stasney rushed for 107 yards and one touchdown.
CENTRAL 42, JORDAN 0: After losing 22 straight games, Central is 2-0 in head coach Jamoski Ward’s first season, winning those games by a combined score of 72-0.
ACE 23, WASHINGTON COUNTY 20: The Gryphons rallied from a 17-point fourth-quarter deficit and scored the winning touchdown on fourth down with 46 seconds remaining. Ace Hatcher had 221 passing yards and 82 rushing yards with two passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown. Safety Jack Perry had 22 total tackles, one interception, one sack and a forced fumble.
TWIGGS COUNTY 34, CENTRAL-TALBOTTON 12: In his first season back as Twiggs County’s head coach, Ashley Harden gets his first win of the season. Adrian Johnson rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Cobras.
VETERANS 35, TRINITY CHRISTIAN 31: Jake Trail passed for 388 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Warhawks, and Kaden Gutierrez had seven catches for 111 yards. Jackson Wall had a fumble recovery for a touchdown, and Deric Ingram Jr. had a 55-yard interception return for a touchdown.
CRISP COUNTY 50, DOOLY COUNTY 0: LJ Brown had 263 rushing yards, three touchdowns and two two-point conversions to lead the Cougars.
BALDWIN 34, HEPHZIBAH 19: Kamden Patterson passed for 307 yards and two touchdowns, and BJ Armstrong had eight tackles, two tackles for loss, one rushing touchdown and one receiving touchdown.
MOUNT DE SALES 21, PINEWOOD 6: The Cavaliers are 3-0 this season after winning seven games combined in the previous four seasons. Bryson Harrell scored on runs of 97 and 2 yards and on a 64-yard catch, and he added five tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery. Dexter Scarbrough caused two fumbles, had three quarterback sacks, seven tackles and one tackle for loss.
WINDSOR 41, AUGUSTA PREP 7: Jaquan Lewis led the Knights with 210 rushing yards and three touchdowns, and Willis Odom had nine tackles, five tackles for loss and two sacks.
TAYLOR COUNTY 35, MT. ZION-CARROLL 7: Jess Devoursney earned his first win as the Vikings’ head coach.
